Refund policy
NO Returns for Misorder/Size Issues: Returns and exchanges are not supported if customers order the wrong size, color, or change their mind.
Damaged/Defective Items: In case of damaged product or a manufacturing error, a free replacement or refund will be offered.
- Photograph is needed of reported defect showing the issue and sent to brodolleo@gmail.com
- If approved Brodolleo will issue a refund (To card used for purchase), or a free replacement.
Customers have 14 days from product delivery to report issues to Brodolleo@gmail.com
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not return personalized items for a refund, only a replacement related to damages, and/or manufacturer defects, if authorized. The replacement item will have to be resubmitted for production by the customer.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
